Speaking Engagements
There is nothing more empowering than a group of women in the same room learning about what their body is capable of. Education is an important part of the process towards function and filling in the gaps in women's health and fitness.
there is a big gap between what women are told to do, what women believe they can do and what is possible for women to achieve.

my goal as an educator and coach...is to fill that gap
it's time for
women
to learn of their true

As a business and not-for-profit entity, the YMCA looks for companies and professionals who can partner with us to promote and expand wellness in the broadest sense to our members and community. We work with a wide range of clientele from health seekers to well conditioned athletes. We have worked with Ashton to provide beneficial services to our members and guests that we cannot provide ourselves. Partnering with her has been extremely easy, from designing classes/services that fit the needs of clientele to the final delivery of the class or session. We are extremely pleases with her professionalism and ability to relate to our members. Her compassion and understanding help our members to open up and become coachable on their path to better wellness. Working with Ashton has helped us reach and deliver high quality programs and sessions to our members that we could not have done otherwise due to our small staff and limited expertise in certain areas. I would highly recommend working with Ashton on any project, class, or presentation.

And I LOVE educating Mamas!

Sometimes I wonder if I missed my calling and should have become a teacher, but I'm grateful I'm able to combine my passion of teaching and coaching with fitness and movement.

I launched my business to be the "Why" trainer because I firmly believe that ALL Mamas deserve better.

What women are told about their bodies or what their bodies are capable of is extremely vague and outdated. Not only that, there is more to working out than doing the exercises. Even with good form, if you're not managing intra-abdominal pressure and understand how to do that, you're probably doing more harm than good.

Putting on workshops, seminars, and speaking engagements is how I hope to flip the script and educate moms on the good their body is capable of and the function is it able to achieve.
Hi, I'm Ashton
"You're never too young or too old to learn about how your body was designed to function & create stability"
Bringing Resilient Mama Fitness to your facility is a great way to help educate women on the importance of pelvic floor health. Women of all ages and stages of life need to hear the importance of this health topic! Having Ashton present in your facility is amazing; she is very well organized, flexible and ready to adapt to change in an instant, and great with communication. She works extremely well with a wide variety of ages and levels of fitness. I would recommend her to any organization that wants to help educate women about the importance of pelvic floor health!!!

Ashton did a wonderful job teaching her fitness during pregnancy workshop at our clinic. She was very organized and communication was clear and efficient during the planning phase. She had everything covered, which meant very little input from me other than to provide the space. The content Ashton shared was thorough with educational/research topics and personal experiences. Ashton also coached her client through exercises, explaining how and why the specific exercises were beneficial. The client asked several questions, which Ashton took the time to address to make sure the answers and techniques were clear and understood. I could tell she was genuine and sincere, and put her heart into helping this mamma. She intentionally promoted our clinic as well, which is always a positive with marketing to clients that are not familiar with us. We would definitely welcome Ashton back to teach again!

Having Ashton in the studio was awesome to watch. The mission of my studio is to provide wellness in all areas, including maternal health and women's health. I can not personally be all things to all people but when we start to pair up with others in the community it expands what can be offered. Ashton combines knowledge and passion through what she offers with Resilient Mama Fitness & Lifestyle. She is responsive and open, allowing connection and caring to be fostered in all interactions.

My name is Stephanie Ozinga and I am the owner of SLO Training Systems Nutrition and Consulting. I work with mostly women for nutrition and training, but my specialty does not lie in breathwork, core and pelvic floor health. I asked Ashton to speak on the importance of breathwork, core and pelvic floor health to my community of over 200 women in a virtual presentation. And did she OVER DELIVER!! Her presentation was very thorough and left the women of the community with valuable and implementable advice. Several of the members reached out to say how beneficial it was to them, how much they learned and requested to have her back for more (which we will be working on)! Ashton is incredibly professional and has a wealth of knowledge, experience and empathy when it comes to her specialty in women's health.
