The chapters of pregnancy and postpartum are some of the most beautiful chapters a woman can every experience. And it is always my prayer that those who want to experience pregnancy and postpartum get to.

That is why the next big endeavor in my business is to begin going 1 to many with follow-along programming specific to each chapter of motherhood.
​
From TTC to IVF prep, to pregnancy and postpartum, I will providing programming that you can follow along with and reach out for support if you need it.

A Mama pregnant with her 7th baby is how all of this came about
She came to me around 18 weeks pregnant looking for follow-along programming.
​
I said I didn't have any but putting something together was on my back burner. Feeling this was I sign, I asked if she be willing to allow me to build it as her pregnancy progressed and she eagerly agreed.
​
She loved it so much we did the same with my Resilient Recovery Program. Read her experience in her pregnancy at the bottom of this page.

Resilient Recovery
A fitness program for the early 0-6 weeks postpartum so you can support your healing and begin building your return to fitness
This isn't at all a "bounce back" program because I only believe in being strong as a mother. Instead, this is a rehab program to begin your return to fitness by connecting to your deep core again and slowly building up your foundation.

Program will include:

A PDF with encouragement on the good your body just did and education to understand exactly where your body is at and why reconnecting to your body is so important in your return to fitness.

Supporting video modules to that cover both fitness and lifestyle so you can ensure you're supporting your body's healing in this chapter

6 weeks programming with the workouts focusing on breath, deep core connection, mobilities, and gentle strength training to support the movements you're doing everyday in postpartum

When you begin is completely up to you. It's designed to begin as early as the day after you give birth if you want or you can wait until you're closer to the 6 week point. You don't heal faster if you begin earlier, so please begin when you feel ready.
​
The workouts are designed to be done in the living room with your baby lying next to you. Around 90% of the exercises are body weight movements, but you will have weight (no more than 2.5x your baby's weight) by the end with a few of the exercises. They are also designed to be start and stop as I know early postpartum can have many interruptions.
​
This program is geared towards those who deliver vaginally, but will 100% be appropriate for a cesarean delivery too, I just advise you wait 2 weeks before beginning. There will be a cesarean early postpartum program coming this fall.

Resilient for Two
A fitness program for weeks 4-41 of pregnancy to help you alleviate common pregnancy pains and prepare your body for birth.
This ain't your typical prenatal program. This prenatal program will compliment each week of your pregnancy with workouts that provide your body more of what it needs with education to support what is happening that week or why a shift in your programming is happening. This program will also include my Resilient Birth Prep education and programming built into your programming so you don't have to worry about it.

Program will include:

37 weeks of programming with 3 workouts/week and 1 "gentle" workout for those either navigating pregnancy after loss or experiencing symptoms that leave them not up to working out.

Each week will include a mobility "dailies" which are birth prep mobilities to support pelvis mobility and baby's positioning. You choose if you want to do them everyday or a few times a week.

Short, educational videos each week that compliment where you are in your pregnancy. Topics vary from how to listen to your body, lifestyle considerations, to birth prep education.

Birth prep programming from my Resilient Birth Prep Program built right into your weeks from Week 30-41.

Core and pelvic floor for pregnancy "crash course" to give you a quick overview of the big concepts so you can understand the demo videos and education better no matter when you join.
​
You will be able to choose which trimester you want to begin in or you can save yourself a little money and purchase all the trimesters. When you begin doesn't matter as everyone will receive the core and pelvic floor "crash course" so you can understand the demos and education.
​
The workouts can be done in either a home or gym setting, but programming is geared towards an at-home setting. Use this link to view the minimum equipment you would need.

This programming is beneficial to both those planning for a vaginal or VBAC delivery or elective cesarean. If you know you're doing a cesarean, some of the birth prep won't be applicable to you, but the mobilities still will be as they help with aches and pains and keep baby in a good position so he or she isn't causing discomfort.
