I'm your TTC, Pregnancy & Postpartum Fitness Specialist wrangling 3 earthly boys and blessed to have a heavenly son looking over all our chaos.

I left my 12-year career in the in-person fitness space to become a SAHM after our first was born as we didn't know if we'd have any more kids after enduring 4.5 years of infertility.
​
At 6 months postpartum, my cup wasn't being fully filled as a SAHM and I was also navigating a host of core and pelvic floor dysfunction symptoms.
​
I launched Resilient Mama Fitness & Lifestyle in 2022 after saying over and over again in my own healing "Why is NO BODY talk about this stuff?!?".
​
So here I am talking about it as I'm SO passionate about helping Mamas navigate their fitness & lifestyle through the seasons of TTC, pregnancy, pregnancy loss, pregnancy after loss, and postpartum. I could talk all day about the pelvic floor, proper breathing mechanics, and how your deep core literally heals everything when working properly.

There is nothing I love more than watching the lightbulb moments unfold and Mamas connecting the dots in their body and begin healing their bodies and feeling empowered in the process.
